Our Story
Harris Group started in 2011 when our founder got frustrated watching friends deal with genuinely awful rental situations. The idea was simple: do better. We bought our first property with 34 units and actually listened to tenants about what mattered. Sounds obvious, right? Apparently it wasn't. That first building became three buildings, then ten. We've now got facilities across Romania housing roughly 820 students, and we're still operating on the same principle — you treat people like humans, they'll respect your property. Novel concept, we know.
